The Real Story
For the 2016 Olympics game, Razorfish & Dove released a campaign to discourage the media’s skewed portrayal of female athletes by focusing on their athletic abilities and not on physical appearance. Data of unfavorable media mentions were aggregated on the backend and displayed thoughtfully in real time with data visualization; encouraging focus on female athlete performance, not appearance. While in collaboration with Dove, the design team also partnered with Resn to produce video content, social assets and final development of the site.
